Department of Human Services

KAILASA’s Department of Human Services is KAILASA’s principal agency for helping the citizens of KAILASA by delivering a wide range of human services designed to support fairness, promote wellbeing and achieve Conscious Sovereignty through opportunities, programs and initiatives that protect and empower, especially for those who are least able to help themselves. KAILASA’s Department of Human Services provides direct services to more than 1 million Hindus across the world.

KHS shall continue working towards expanding the impact of each and every individual’s divine consciousness and making them experience their higher identity by means of offering selfless humanitarian services through KAILASA’s humanitarian agencies & initiatives.

Our Mission

It is the mission of KHS to create, enable and provide equitable and enlightenment-focused services to encourage self-sufficiency & enhance the well-being of individuals, families, and communities of KAILASA.

Our Responsibilities

  • Provide access to resources that offer support and empower the citizens of KAILASA and their families.
  • Deliver Hindu services professionally and in accordance with the Vedagamas and treat all clients of KAILASA with dignity and respect.
  • Manage the operations of KHS effectively and efficiently by aligning and distributing resources across the agency.
  • Assuring accountability, transparency, and quality is the hallmark of all we deliver and all we administer.
  • Children and youth are safe, well and connected to their families, communities and cultural identities.
  • Partners, clients and stakeholders are actively engaged in a variety of collaborative and meaningful Hindu principles-based programs designed to enhance Conscious Sovereignty
  • Specific and responsive services are provided by highly qualified and trained peacekeepers
  • The department is committed to equal access, service excellence equity and optimum living for all citizens of KAILASA

      Yoga Spurana Program

      Yoga Spurana Program is a 2-day yoga workshop that facilitates the flowering of consciousness through Yoga. Through this program, The SPH Nithyananda Paramashivam brings the participants an experience of deep connection with their own body, mind and being.

      KDHS to prioritise the responsibility to help the citizens of KAILSA to form their mental issues through the Nithya arogya program. The course identifies and extirpates  the negative thought patterns that incentivize rash decisions in life.

      The Nithya Kriya Yoga (NKY) is a meditation program that unleashes the ‘blissful living’ by creating the space within oneself to liberate from ingrained and unconscious emotions like guilt, desire, fear, pleasure and pain.

      Atma Spurana is a groundbreaking program that examines clearly the mind's workings and shows experientially how to be master of the mind rather than be controlled by it. Atma Spurana is created to live an unclutched life. Living in an unclutched way is one component of Jeevan Mukthi, Living Enlightenment. It involves intense intellectual understanding coupled with novel meditations to produce instant experiential understanding.

      KHS ensures that citizens of KAILASA are blessed with the Nayana Deeksha during spiritual discourses and initiations in de facto spiritual embassies, legations, consular offices, and other facilities, including all Hindu Temples, Monasteries, Satsang Temples, Pādukā Mandirs, Satsang Centres, Micronations, Paramaśiva Senā Śākhās, healing centres, franchisee campuses, Hindu Universities and schools through modern video-conferencing technologies.
